The AAP-01 Assassin is the first gas blowback Airsoft pistol from Action Army Company. Renowned in the Airsoft community for their upgrade parts, Action Army has expanded their product line into the gas blowback pistol market. Powered by green gas, the AAP-01 is capable of both semi-auto and full auto firing modes by flipping the fire selector on the underside of the bolt carrier. All of the controls such as the magazine catch, safety, and slide catch are either ambidextrous or reversible, making the pistol friendly for right-handed or left-handed users. The barrel is 14mm CCW threaded underneath the orange thread protector, making it compatible with most Airsoft muzzle devices and accessories.
A completely new and original design externally, the AAP-01 still retains many internal cross-compatibility with current gas pistols. The hop-up and bucking are standard TM pattern, and the magazine is based on G-series pistol designs. In addition to its own 22-round magazine, the AAP-01 is also compatible with G-series magazines from KJW, WE, and VFC, or any other magazine with the same specifications.

I've received everything that was listed on its page and quickly too. Pistol works great but there's this issue with the magazine where the bbs would get stuck on/near the magazine feed lips and just stop feeding entirely. This happens a couple times with one full mag and requires me to take out the mag and readjust by hand.
Overall great performance from the pistol, I love it and can't wait get some custom parts for it.
i have an aap-01, and it is very bad. i know other people with an aap-01, and they say it is great, I've come to the conclusion that the aap-01 is more of a tolerancing and QC gamble rather than a straight up good or bad gun, i would recommend buying one used instead of new, this way you can at least ask the seller how the experience was for them, but i have tried many solutions for mine and many upgrade/replacement parts and none of them worked, this gun still works well using HPA but i had no luck even trying to get green gas/propane working.
